Crunch Cycle Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Crunch Cycle Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.
1. Eligibility & Enrollment
To join the Program, you must apply through Affiliate Page.
Approval is at the sole discretion of Crunch Cycle, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any application.
2. Affiliate Commissions
Approved affiliates will earn commissions on eligible purchases made through their unique affiliate links for products promoted from the Coupon Page.
Commission rates and payment schedules are outlined on the affiliate page dashboard and or communicated directly through the affiliate dashboard.
3. Commission Reversals & Adjustments
If a customer requests a refund, the commission earned on that sale will be reversed from the associated bank account or deducted from future payouts.
Chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or order cancellations may also result in commission reversals.
4. Payment & Payouts
Commissions will be paid according to the schedule specified in the affiliate portal.
Affiliates must provide accurate payment details. Crunch Cycle is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect accounts due to affiliate errors.
5. Program Modifications & Termination
Crunch Cycle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, including but not limited to commission rates, payout schedules, and eligibility criteria.
Any changes will be communicated through the affiliate portal or via email. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to false advertising, spam, or unauthorized promotions.
Any violation of these terms may result in termination from the Program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
Crunch Cycle is not responsible for any technical issues, tracking errors, or delays in commission payments beyond our control.
Participation in the Program does not establish an employer-employee relationship or any legal partnership.
8. Marketing Guidelines & Compliance
Affiliates may only use approved marketing materials provided by Crunch Cycle or those explicitly approved in writing.
Over-promising, misleading claims, or false advertising will not be tolerated. Any affiliate engaging in such practices will be subject to immediate expulsion from the Program and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, advertising guidelines, and FTC disclosure requirements when promoting Crunch Cycle.
